What does “lifetime” mean?

“Lifetime” means the life of the painted surface under normal conditions. As long as the paint was applied by Paint Pros and properly cared for, our workmanship and materials are covered for the long term — not just a year or two.

What's the catch?

There isn’t one. Forever Finish™ is simply how we stand behind our work. We believe if a paint job is done right, it should hold up — and if small issues appear over time, we take care of them.

What's not covered?

Our warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by intentional stripping, hail damage, water leaks, moisture issues, structural movement, or abuse beyond reasonable wear. We’ll always explain coverage clearly before any work begins.

Do I have to schedule touch-ups?

No. We’ll reach out every six months to offer complimentary touch-ups, but it’s completely optional. If your space still looks great, you can simply pass — the coverage remains in place.
