We will assist customers with manufacturer warranty claims when applicable.

Coverage Details

Paint performance, durability, and defect coverage are governed by the manufacturer’s published warranty terms

We primarily use Sherwin-Williams premium product lines, which offer limited lifetime warranties on select products

What Is Covered

* Manufacturer-confirmed paint defects

* Premature failure caused by product defects (not application)

What Is Not Covered

* Environmental exposure

* Normal fading or chalking

* Moisture intrusion

* Improper maintenance

* Harsh cleaning methods

* Substrate failure

Forever Finish™ provides cosmetic maintenance and touch-ups. It does not guarantee manufacturer product performance or replace manufacturer warranty coverage.
