Paint Pros Forever Finishes, LLC provides a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty covering defects caused by improper surface preparation or paint application on areas painted by us.

If a covered issue occurs, we will repair the affected area at no labor cost.

This warranty applies for as long as the original painted surface remains in place and is maintained according to reasonable care standards.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers workmanship-related issues including:

* Peeling, bubbling, or cracking caused by faulty application

* Uneven coverage or visible streaking resulting from our work

* Adhesion failure due to improper surface preparation

This warranty applies only to areas originally painted by Paint Pros Forever Finishes.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

* Normal wear and tear

* Fading or discoloration due to sunlight, moisture, or environment

* Water damage, leaks, pipe bursts, flooding, or condensation

* Hail, fire, storms, or natural disasters

* Damage caused by pressure washing or abrasive cleaning

* Impact damage, pets, furniture, or misuse

* Structural movement, settling, or substrate failure

* Pre-existing surface conditions not corrected prior to painting

* Work altered, repaired, or repainted by anyone other than Paint Pros

If you experiance any of these issues, we will provide a new estimate and work closely with your insurance company to get it resolved for you.

Relationship to Forever Finish™

This warranty covers defects in workmanship only.

Forever Finish™ is a separate maintenance service that includes scheduled inspections and cosmetic touch-ups. Forever Finish™ does not extend or modify this workmanship warranty.

Warranty Claims Process

To request warranty service:

* Provide a description of the issue

* Provide photos if available

We will inspect the affected area and determine coverage.

Limitation

This warranty is limited to repair of the affected area only. No cash value, refunds, or consequential damages are provided.
