FOREVER FINISH™Service Policy & Terms 

Overview

Forever Finish™ is a maintenance service for homes that qualify, not a repaint warranty or insurance policy.

It is designed to preserve the appearance of areas painted by Paint Pros through periodic inspections and limited cosmetic touch-ups.

Forever Finish™ works in addition to — not as a replacement for — our workmanship warranty and material warranties.

Service Schedule

Forever Finish™ includes one (1) scheduled visit every six (6) months

Visits must be scheduled in advance and completed during normal business hours

Missed or declined visits are not banked or accumulated

What Is Covered

During a Forever Finish™ visit, Paint Pros may perform minor cosmetic touch-ups to areas we originally painted, including:

* Light scuffs or marks from normal household use

* Small chips or blemishes

* Nail pops or fastener marks

* Minor wear consistent with normal aging

Touch-ups are intended to maintain appearance, not restore surfaces to new condition.

All work is performed at Paint Pros’ discretion based on reasonable scope and condition.

Materials Responsibility

To ensure proper color match and coating compatibility:

Homeowners are responsible for providing the original paint materials

* Same brand

* Same color

* Same sheen

Materials are provided at the homeowner’s expense

If original materials are unavailable, Paint Pros may:

* Attempt a closest-match solution, or

* Provide a separate estimate for corrective work

What Is NOT Covered

Forever Finish™ does not cover:

* Water damage, leaks, pipe bursts, or flooding

* Storm damage, hail, fire, smoke, or natural disasters

* Pressure washing, power washing, or abrasive cleaning

* Remodeling, renovations, or third-party contractor work

* Structural movement, settling, or substrate failure

* Fading, discoloration, or failure caused by environmental exposure

* Repainting of full walls, rooms, decks, or surfaces

* Any issue requiring more than reasonable spot correction is considered new work and will be quoted separately.

Relationship to Warranties

* Workmanship Warranty covers defects caused by improper application

* Material Warranty follows manufacturer terms and conditions

* Forever Finish™ covers cosmetic maintenance only

Each applies independently and does not extend or modify the others.

Transferability & Termination

Forever Finish™ is non-transferable unless approved in writing

Paint Pros reserves the right to discontinue service for:

* Abuse or misuse

* Repeated non-covered claims

* Unsafe or inaccessible conditions

Scope Authority

Final determination of coverage, eligibility, and scope is made solely by Paint Pros to ensure fairness, safety, and sustainability of the service.
